The Obama administration continued to address economic issues with the announcement of several new proposals, Jan. 25, designed to help ease financial anxieties for working families. In a meeting with the White House Middle Class Task Force, President Obama outlined five new proposals with a pledge to fight "every single day.

There is established within the Office of the Vice President, a White House Task Force on Middle-Class Working Families (Task Force) to focus on raising the living standards of middle-class working families in the United States of America. The Vice President shall serve as Chair of the Task Force.

President Barack Obama will form a “White House Task Force on Working Families,” to be chaired by Vice President Joe Biden. The Task Force will be a major initiative targeted at raising the living standards of middle-class, working families in America. Sounds like a great idea!
